Refunds

Three very simple rules

100%More than 90 days before arrival

Full refund of the amount paid.

50%Between 90 and 45 days before arrival

50% refund of the total.

0%Less than 45 days before check-in

No refund applies.

Security deposit

A refundable $3,000 USD deposit is required at check-in. It is returned in full after check-out provided the property is left in good condition.

Payment methods

We accept all cards and can send you a payment link for your convenience.

Minimum stay

Minimum 3 nights in low season and 4 nights in high and holiday season.

Taxes

Rates do not include taxes: 6% lodging + 16% government (22% total).
